OUTSIDE / INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Los Angeles Market / West Hollywood Showroom

Interior Illusions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside/Inside Furniture Sales Manager who is passionate about luxury furniture, client relationships, and business development. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both private and trade clients, driving sales while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. This position requires a balanced mix of showroom sales and outside business development, with 50% of the role dedicated to fieldwork, including building relationships with interior designers, conducting product presentations at design firms, and expanding our presence in the Los Angeles market.

You will oversee the entire sales process, from initial client engagement to order fulfillment, while actively prospecting, networking, and strengthening Interior Illusions’ position as a leader in high-end furniture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Outside Sales (50%)
  • Actively seek and cultivate relationships with interior designers, hospitality, developers, and other trade clients.
  • Conduct product presentations at interior design firms to showcase Interior Illusions' offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attending industry events and networking to expand our client base.
  • Maintain regular outreach to key accounts, following up on leads and ensuring ongoing engagement.
  • Showroom Sales & Client Relations (50%)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for showroom clients, delivering a high-touch luxury sales experience.
  • Assist clients with product selection, design recommendations, and purchasing decisions.
  • Oversee order management, ensuring a smooth process from consultation to fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and post-sale support.


  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients, understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Conduct client consultations, showroom tours and presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new sales, client acquisition and upselling across our product lines.
  • Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
  • Grow and maintain a strong client base
  • Ensure personal sales goals are achieved
  • Represent the Interior Illusions brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism
  • Maintain a strong interest in the luxury furniture and design industry
  • Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery


Our Requirements

  • Experience as an outside sales representative in the furniture industry is required
  • This person will have an already established book of business
  • Luxury furniture sales experience required
  • People and relationship driven
  • Strategic and mental agility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, order processing software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and ML technologies to improve business processes and products.
  • Ability to travel within the Los Angeles Metropolitan area


The salary range for this position is $50K - $130K annually.... Base + commission
